The staff are lovely and good, managed the parking nearby. It has BRILLIANT, great setting, very close to all the restaurants, and pretty square.

My room with a bathtub and air con and a great bathroom was a nice size and airy, had good night's sleep: D

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

the hotel was quaint and stylish with perfect location short walk to a beautiful square in the centre of old koblenz, the funicular to the castle and the waterfront, and the property's cafe looking out onto the square. we got a nice size and airy room with a bathtub. the food from the in-house restaurant was outstanding.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

totally recommended for shopping. it's stylish and exceptionally clean hotel, has excellent location close to restaurants and bars. their rooms are always new-fashioned and tastefully decorated with a bathtub, air con, for example. the staff are very helpful and deserve a 3-star rating.

The hotel's historical charm was a delight. Spacious rooms provided comfort, despite the lack of air conditioning. A fan helped to manage the heat . Located in the heart of Old Town, it was easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. The pedestrian zone kept things quiet, which I appreciated. Breakfast in the cafe was a highlight. A slightly confusing key drop system required a call to clarify. Although clean and cozy, some staff interactions felt dismissive, particularly on the day of our arrival. A clearer arrival process would have eased some stress.

Man, this place got a dope vibe right in the heart of the square. The room was clean and had a nice bath setup. Draggin' bags up them stairs ain't no joke. Heard them church bells loud and clear in the mornin'.

The room was spacious and overlooked a picturesque square. Breakfast at the café was a highlight, with delicious crisp salads and freshly brewed coffee. The lack of air conditioning made the night uncomfortably warm, and the fan's noise was quite disruptive.

During my three-night stay, I loved the large, modern bathroom and the pleasant ambiance from nearby church bells and live music. Just note that the check-in process via the café can be a tad confusing!
